Pumpkin Patch

Today we visited the pumpkin patch at J&J Nursery. They took us on a hayride out to their pumpkin patch way in the back and let us pick out two pumpkins all for free. Emma was very excited to go pick pumpkins as we were not able to grow our own this year. She ran around trying to pick up every pumpkin she saw. We helped her pick out two large ones and got back on the hay ride. We could tell she had a great time because she clapped her hands when we came to a stop.

Cute kids in cute Halloween shirts.

Sweet James chewing on the pack before moving on to my hair.

What fun!

A visit to the Temple

When ever we get in the car Emma always asks where the temple is if she can't see it. She loves to point it out. For a while she was seeing temples everywhere because she thought every church was a temple. We have cleared that up. For Family Home Evening we talked about temples one night and promised to take her to see one or two. She was very excited but sad that she could not go in. Here we are at the Bountiful Temple.

Emma was very disappointed that we would not let her get in the water.

Our wonderful boy who is happy to just be out and about.

There was a bride and groom getting their pictures taken that night and Emma kept asking where the princess was. It was so cute.

About a week later we visited the Salt Lake Temple with our friends Mekenzie and Sam Stout and their kids Matthew and Elizabeth. We had a great time and loved the new model they have of the Temple.

Looking at the Angel Moroni.

Again very upset about not being able to play.

A beautiful sunset and another beautiful bride and groom.
