Working?

James decided to join me at the computer while I was looking for some pre-school stuff for Emma. So I put him to work practicing his letters just like Emma.

He sat there quite content and let me finish what I was doing.

It was so nice. Love this boy!

Gold Plates?

While looking at a picture tonight of Moroni burying the gold plates Emma said, "Don't gold plates need to be round because they're plates? (different kind of plates)

Snow!

Saturday morning we woke up to snow which we just had to go try out with our new sled. Emma loved it, James not so much. He mostly cried because he has horrible parents who made him go do the hill a few times while wearing purple gloves and pink Dora boots. Awful right?

Christmas, Christmas and More Christmas!

We all had a great Christmas except for maybe Quinn who got a 24 hour bug Christmas morning and spent the rest of the day in bed. Christmas Eve day we had my Grandma's Christmas party and then spent that night with Quinn's family. Christmas morning was great and we actually got all the presents opened and made it to church on time. Then me and the kids headed to my parents for more presents and more food. The day after Christmas we did it all over again with Quinn's family and we were grateful Quinn was feeling well enough to join us. So here is a whirlwind of pictures from our Christmas:

Grandma Moore's Christmas Party

Waiting for that candy to fall with cousin Abigail.

Way too much candy, after that every time I turned around James had a piece of candy in his mouth even after I took his and Emma's bags away. Cousin Addison was so willing to share hers.

Christmas Eve at the Lavenders
We played games where we had to get as many Christmas cards in the basket as we could and
knock off the Santa hat by throwing marshmallows at it which just turned into a big marshmallow fight.
Christmas Morning

Bubbles!

A sled! If only we had some snow.
James giving his remote control cat a ride in Emma's new baby stroller.
Christmas Day at the Van Bibber's

We were so excited to see Daniel and Hannah visiting from Ohio.

James all ready enjoying the new wagon.
We all enjoyed playing Quinn's new game (A Ticket to Ride) while he was home in bed.
The Day after Christmas at the Lavenders

James really love his basketball hoop and every picture I have of him playing there is a basketball in front of his face.

Tackle Basketball?

Trying out the new wagon just before bed.
Hope you made it through all of these and hope your Christmas was as good as ours. We love you all. Merry Christmas.
