Pine Wood Derby

I am now a Beehive Advisor in the Young Women's program. We were invited to do a pinewood derby with the boys. It was really fun to see all the girly cars.

The awards.

All the cars - everyone is so creative. I see flip flops (one of them one by the way), Swiss cheese, Lightning McQueen (the loosing car), a Barbie car, Minions, race cars, ice cream sandwich, and lots of cars with polka dots.

My polka dot car getting ready to race - it did not do well. The wheels were bad. As you can see I came in 54th out of 57th! Still had fun though.
