Spring is coming!

This was the title clear back in March when these pictures were taken. I need to do some major catching up. So in March Mia started trying to walk behind her toy (It's the end of May now and she is still not walking very much, just a few steps here and there because she is such a fast crawler. I am ready for her to walk because all of her pants now have holes in the knees.) Emma finally asked us to take off her training wheels on her bike and she just took off, no practice necessary. We really enjoyed the warmer weather. We were so ready for it.

Big girls!

Poor Mia though, she ends up watching from the window though. She just laughs at them and pounds to get out and join them.

Quinn finally came up with an idea for the random pole in our backyard. He decided to install a weapon for our children to whack each other with. Oh wait is that a tether ball?

When we first went outside Mia was afraid of the grass. At first she didn't even like to sit on the blanket only on my lap on the blanket. Then she realized it was okay to sit on the blanket herself and now finally she no problem. I kind of liked it when she was a little afraid because I was able to walk away and know she wouldn't move. The other day I walked to another part of the backyard and when I turned around she had climbed on top of the kiddie picnic table.
