Fun in the Sun at Snowbird

Last week we had some fun at Snowbird.

The kids loved the playground.

We had to drag Emma and Alley out of the pool after 3 1/2 hours.

Four tired and hungry kids.

The Snowbird Center has tons of fun stuff to do now. When I was a kid we just went swimming. Now they have a bouncy house and slide which Emma enjoyed and eventually James. It took him a while to warm up which is funny because he was just in one 3 weeks ago and loved it.

They also have a rock wall, trampoline acrobat juming, a rope course, mechanical bull and an alpine slide. All of which Emma wanted to do. We settle for just the bouncy house and slide.

Carly and I then dragged the kids on the walk to the overlook. Big mistake. We should have done the walk before we let them go in the bouncy house. It took bribery of treats and trading off riding in the stroller to get us there and back. At one point both kids refused to walk so being the super Mom I am, I put James on my shoulders and pushed Emma in the stroller. Carly has the the proof.

Cute Owen and Carly.

We made it.

Here is their reward for making it back the room, popcicles!

We had a great time and I am so greatful we live so close and can just make day trips. Staying overnight did not work out so well last time. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for two very fun days. Can't wait till October so we can do it again!
