Week 30 & 31 - Pumpkin Patch

October 5th - 11th

Not sure what happened this week other than a trip to Ikea but I didn't take a single picture. Why does life go so slow and so fast at the same time?

October 12th - 18th

Now that James and Mia are back in school 4 days a week (Jr. High is waiting till the end of 1st term at the end of the month) I can finally get some projects done. I prepped and painting two walls in the great room. It's such a big room and I have been putting it off for so long because it was just too over whelming to do at once. But a little bit at a time is no big deal. Hope I can get some more done soon!
I love how it looks. It is so time for this tan to go.

Mia likes to use Quinn's headset from his home office to play pretend. She is usually a pilot or in a restaurant or on the phone.

Friday we did something normal finally! We went to Pack Farm to get our carving pumpkins. Our good friends who moved to Farmington very near the farm joined us for all the fun and then we had dinner at their house. The kids had a blast!

The kids picked giant pumpkins this year.

Sunday the kids had to show off the perfect sandwich.
I don't know whats so perfect about it but there it is in all it's glory.

One of the kids captured this picture of a bee on our flowers out front.
