February 2, 2021 - Happy Birthday to Quinn and Mia
Quinn's 42nd birthday was kind of boring for him - sorry babe. He did take the day off work and went letterboxing that afternoon. He bought most of his present himself this year. I don't have any pictures yet but they are display cases for his baseball helmets from all the stadiums he has been too. And cases to display his police car collection which is a new thing that just started showing up last year when he started working from home.
Mia's birthday is very special this year as she turns 8!! She is very excited to be baptized and is very ready to make those special covenants with her Heavenly Father. She did have to go to school but was able to share a treat with her class. That night (after piano lessons because I'm a mean Mom) we did presents, dinner and cake. She is still in love with panda's and got a small panda from Emma and James. Grandma Lavender also gave her a Panda with a mermaid tail and a unicorn horn along with a panda shirt. Quinn and I gave her a few small craft items and will buy her a new bike in the spring.
Mia was very excited to receive her very own nice scriptures.
She chose to have dinner from Subway.
Kyle, Angie and Sarah also stopped by and gave her some soda and treats to share.
Then it was time for birthday cake!
