St. George Trip

February 12-16th, 2020

The kids had two days off school so we headed to St. George to visit cousins. We drove down Friday night with no issues. Saturday we packed up and headed to St. George for the day. We knew it might rain but this was the only day Jeff could go and Carly needed him to help with the twins so we chanced it. And of course it didn't start raining until right when we got out of the car. We went ahead and got on the shuttle and walked the whole River Walk hike in the rain. The twins did great. Everyone was wet, cold and our feet were soaked but we did it. Zion is beautiful even in the rain.

We spent that night and Sunday just playing with cousins and cuddling the twins. Carly's ward is so big and only half are allowed at a time so we watched from home with the twins while they attended in person.

Opening a treat from Grandma Bibber and then they watched a movie.

Monday we took the kids to the park and soaked up the sun even though it was a little cold if you weren't running around.

Tuesday Owen and Dylan were back to school. We had a leisurely morning and then headed out. The kids loved the Crazy Cow Cafe that we stopped at for lunch on the way home. We wanted to stop at a state park but the weather was cold. We did brave the cold to try the ice cream at the Red Barn and decided it was just okay but not worth the price.
